We finally came to the regular release of new experiences. Now this week there will be not children's ones, as recently, but two classic videos of the usual sample.
In today's release:
ammonium dichromate volcanic with magnesium;
get fire from iodine and aluminum;
a teapot under the imager;
Cold plate.
Ammonium Dichromate Vulcan
The exothermic reaction of decomposition of ammonium bichromate to produce chromium oxide. The resulting chromium (III) oxide is used in the production of GOI paste. This abbreviation stands for “State Optical Institute” (the place where this paste was developed). Use it for grinding and polishing glass, metal, ceramics and other materials. ')
Fire from iodine and aluminum
The catalytic reaction of the interaction of aluminum with iodine. Water serves as a catalyst. A violent chemical reaction occurs with the release of iodine vapor.
For today, ready-made models of the main block and cover. Formalities remained. I'm afraid to think, but I hope that this week the book will be handed over to the printing house.
You can buy it, as before, in our online store . And if anyone has not the first two volumes, you are welcome!
And also: I invite everyone to my cozy instagram , where I try to post a couple of interesting video thumbnails every day. Basically, this video is not included in our main editions, offscreen shooting, our samples and experiments. I would be glad if you share your impressions :)
