Need hosting for corporate needs.

There was a need to host an email server and sharepoint in Europe or America. Has anyone encountered such a problem? Are there any services sharpened by these questions? The issue with security is acute. Can you take just disk space and be confident in reliability (granular support, backups, security settings) or is it better to just install your server and configure everything yourself?
