Spherical RP in vacuum

Man is an amazing creature. He loves to dream, imagine and build various theories. I am not an exception, therefore today we will talk about a spherical project manager in a vacuum (by analogy with a spherical horse (cow) in a vacuum).

So, we have a very simple goal: to try to describe an imaginary ideal project manager who would have all the necessary RP properties in full (ideal) measure.


So, let's go in order:

* spherical RP absolutely accurately describes the content of work on the project
* spherical RP absolutely accurately estimates labor costs, cost and duration of all project works
* spherical RP ensures that all works are completed on time (both within the framework of the planned budget and with specified quality)
* upon completion of the project, a spherical SP always describes the lessons learned
