Pathological matrix of the project

The survey “Which methodology is used in your project” ended in a natural way. To date, 2,668 people have responded - thank you very much!

Surprisingly, they again won “Through% op” and “How it will turn out”: 58% in total. At the weekend, when the leaders had already decided, we sat down to discuss this situation with our project management expert Ivan Selikhovkin.
