Finam IT will sell units for two weeks

November 29 begins the sale of additional shares of the Finam - Information Technologies venture fund. As already reported by "Habrahabr", the volume of this mutual fund is expected to increase by about 150 million rubles. These funds will be used to purchase assets in the IT sector, as well as to increase the shares in projects already included in the fund. In addition, 210 Finam-IT shares issued will be available for purchase within two weeks: from November 29 to December 12, 2006.



Recall that now the structure of assets of Finam-IT includes stakes and stakes in the projects Buka, Mamba, Search Technologies, Ashmanov and Partners. As of the end of October 2006, the value of the assets of the venture fund was estimated at about 250 million rubles. The cost of one share amounted to 713219.25 rubles.
