Good afternoon, dear colleagues. This post is intended to collect some post-scriptum from our activities with you in March. Who cares, I ask under the cat.
As many probably remember, in March of this year, an active movement of deputies began to prepare the "anti" terrorist "package of bills. Since the bill provided for deadly bans for the industry, there were a package of texts prepared for the “DDoS attacks”, burdened with heavy thoughts about the people and deputies, by the respected bypasser . The technique was offered simple - we write e-mail, we write letters, we write telegrams. Sent! The bigger, the better.
Not able to pass by such a jolly, I also found it necessary to send a “fiery hello” to the elected representatives of the people. I decided to do this both via e-mail and via mail, sending 5 letters (first factions in separate envelopes) (fractions + Duma’s chairman)

And so, after the adoption of the law in the second reading , I was made happy with an answer! Which is published here.
Should answer a couple of amazing things. First, the answer came only to two letters out of five (!). Secondly, there are some oddities in the processing time. Letters were sent in the first days of March (alas, I forgot the exact date, but no later than the 5th). Judging by the input number on the documents (if I interpreted it correctly), in the twentieth of March, the letters were read. But the answer to the letters written in different ways. The Liberal Democratic Party gave an answer immediately (on the document the date 14-03-2014), but the Committee on the Financial Market (he and then ??) answered as early as April 17. Thirdly, judging by the stamp on the envelope, we sent both letters simultaneously - 04/22/2014. Further Mail delivered them to the territorial office 04/28/2014. And two days ago I took them out of the box.
We, probably, will never know whether the relaxation of the bill is connected with our letters, or if it was all thought out (we are driving the wave, then we weaken it a little), or the truth at the top slipped a spark of reason. I want to believe that the first and third options ...
