I personally ran into this problem when, from 12 o'clock in the afternoon, my cozy twitter rose in an hour to 100 readers. This may seem a trifle, but this is not taking into account that for quite a long time this figure kept me around 600 (± 10-20) subscribers.

Looking through Twitter, I realized that this was not due to the announcement of the sale of an apartment, which I repost from a blog the day before. This problem today is global. And the volume of disaster is greater, the more popular the user. So, the notorious Maxim Katz, for example, also became an unwitting participant in the events .

If in my case, a temporary solution is a bothogenocide by removing all the new followers of today (which still takes a lot of time, because by the end of the day I’ll become a thousand), then for more popular microbloggers I have to use either quite expensive decisions , or just to score on this case, and enjoy the growth of tsiferok without paying attention to replai.

What do I want from Habr? Well, first, make sure that the problem really is. Secondly, I want to offer the community to find a solution.

How do i see it? Bots smarter. No more eggs are left on the avatar, accounts are full. But I still doubt that they have become smarter so much that they cannot be calculated.

If you make a service that will analyze the "victims" followers by several criteria, such as:

• The number of their subscribers
• Account Creation Date
• Mutual following
• Subscribe to other "affected"
• Blocking other victims
• Other (Write in the comments. The more parameters, the less likelihood of “splashing a child with water”)

then, when connecting to such a service, a person can reduce the amount of work to bring his account in order.

I, unfortunately, do not have a sufficient level of knowledge in programming (I am a simple layout designer, and even then, probably not the highest level). That is why I appeal to all of you. Help me and others to defeat this attack.
