The last few weeks have passed with a sense of wreckage. No, it was not “A-A-A, chief, everything was lost”, it was a thoughtful and gradual postponement of the deadline for the final discovery, time after time, week after week. I will not say that we were pursued by an evil fate, but we definitely overestimated our possibilities, and because of this, reality gave us a slap in the face for the slap, pushing the opening date further and further. We were in the position of Zenonovskogo Achilles, who runs for a turtle, but can not catch up with her.
Nevertheless, we nevertheless did it -
we opened the first MadRobots store offline .

It all started, oddly enough, with the exhibition
3D Expo . A man came up to our stand, who introduced himself as the director of the top crust (it’s Gorbushk’s shopping center, not Gorbushkin Dvor, which are different buildings belonging to different owners), who said that we are very cool, we sell cool things, and he wants us in a buiding. Yes, we wanted to open a store (for a start, a pickup point) in the area of the headcap - because our main warehouse is located nearby, but not so soon! I had to change the plans and move the store from the date "somewhere late summer" to the date "right now-urgently." It was quite adventurous, and made us abandon other projects, but the chance to miss was stupid - Tigran promised us any area, including the occupied one, but we had to decide now. And we decided.
March 12, Wednesday
A little less than a month later, we met with Tigran, walked for a long time in the shopping center, but still chose a room that was not occupied by anyone.
March 17, Monday
Within five days, we signed an agreement with Lebedev Studio, and they came to inspect the premises. The main idea of the store was to get away from the standard store look of the Euroset type - when the devices are in glass cabinets, and if you really need to see, the seller reluctantly and indignant that it is opened from sitting on a chair opens the showcase with a key, and giving you the device, vigilantly watching you - no matter how hard you put it in, or worse, scratch it.
')
It should be a showroom in which you can touch every thing, try, smell, poke and hold in your hands.
No cash registers, no supermarket aura - peak, peak, with-you-five-thousand-card-our-shop-is-next.
March 21, Friday
Three days later the first design was presented to us, we made a couple of amendments (they removed the aipads on the table and the wall, which were completely out of the budget), and the next day the design was ready:

The design consisted of two parts - furniture (a long table in the center, and cupboard shelves on one side. Having a transparent side made of plexiglass on one side, they also act as a showcase):

And from the picture on the wall:

We order furniture
Ikeevskaya furniture cost 55k:

Two racks of Assemblage in total with a discount of 78k:

61k long wide table:

After that, the amount of 5k for the lamps did not impress at all:
► Current expenditures: 200k rubles
We begin repair
Father bought his son Zhiguli, and the next day they broke down.
They sit in the garage and consider instructions for repairing the car:
- Here, son, now this is our Bible.
- No Dad - this is our Kama Sutra!April 2, Wednesday. Reconnaissance
In general, this is what happened. When I arrived at the store for the first time, I did not anticipate that for the next month this place would acquire some ... sacred meaning for me. Simply put, this whole month I will almost have to live in it, going home from there to sleep, and to the store to buy what I need to continue working. Pavilion at that time looked like this:

The first question was to the column, because it was covered with artistic slips (besides, it was a terribly curved, but then we did not notice):

And in order to draw a complex pattern on it, it had to be even and smooth.
The second question - to the hatches with sockets in the floor. According to the design plan, the floor is covered with gray laminate, and the gold hatches did not fit much. According to the architect, they were like golden teeth in a white smile, absolutely out of place. In addition, they did not have sockets, and some also bore traces of closure by someone strong, but not very clever:

Yes, and their design did not provide for their use in closed form (ie, not “opened the hatch, inserted the plug into the socket, pulled out the cable, closed the hatch”, but “opened the hatch, inserted the plug and kept the hatch open all the time”). In general, we decided not to collective farm, leaving them in the floor, and putting up with the cables that interfere with the walk, and move the outlet to the right place for us.
Changing the floor to the laminate came at an opportune time - you could just cut the grooves in the tile, lay the wiring in them to the new sockets, and lay a new floor on top.
We make the first, preliminary version of the list of affairs. She looked like this:

Now, of course, a little funny - calculating the time, I forgot to multiply by the coefficient. As it turned out, it is equal to about 10.
April 3-4, Thursday-Friday
Having estimated in the first approximation what you need to buy, I went to the building site. Around the clock OBI - this is the best that is in their store, because more good can not be said either about the sellers or about the range. However, everything was basic, and the first check was only 20k, including a thousand for delivery:

Another thing that hinders the perfect design is the wall socket:

The first version of the design provided that they will be closed by two ipads, on which advertising will run. Then we still decided that removing the sockets would be a bit cheaper than two tablets.
We unscrew the sockets, connect the wires with the terminals:

And we close the hole in the wall with a very vulgar method - blowing building foam from a can:

The desire to do everything thoroughly and for centuries protests against polyurethane foam, but in this case it is appropriate - it will act only as a temporary cushion for the mesh and shpakril. Further loads on her will not, because after a few days this place will keep the putty itself, and the foam behind it can crack and become brittle as much as she wants.
The wall, by the way, only in the photos looks white and
fluffy clean, and in fact, it is covered with many months of dust, which will prevent the paint from lying down well. And it is good if this will only result in the application of an additional layer, and not in the need for stripping and repainting. Therefore, the wall is pre-primed with a special mixture that glues the dust and gives additional adhesion to the paint:

True, a good primer is sticky and fluid (bad - just fluid) and it is very difficult to tear off the tile after drying (this is the experience of the previous repair).
But in this case it was not important - the floor could be dirty.
Remove the hatches:

We mark the floor under the shafts, taking into account the location of the table and new outlets:

As I have already said, almost all the work took place only at night - at 21, the Hill was closed for visitors, and repairmen and builders came in collectively there. Night ooze looks like this:

Pretty scary. And the basement is like this:

In the basement lying packaging from the refrigerant:

In the pipes with valves mysteriously something gurgles:

And behind the door "no one is allowed to enter" on the top floor:

Hiding ... toilet!

April 5-6, weekend
For the grooves need a wall chaser, and their prices start at 8 thousand and plus 2 thousand - discs for cutting.
A wall chaser is such a closed grinder, on the shaft of which two disks are mounted at once. Thus, he makes two parallel cuts at once (the distance between the discs is regulated by the installation of washers). Well, another hole, to which you can connect a vacuum cleaner, so that the dust from the cut does not cover all surfaces within a radius of 100 meters. Even in most wall chasers, it is possible to set the cutting depth:

Well, if you do not want to buy a wall chaser, take it for rent. The decision was somewhat spontaneous, therefore, obeying the general spirit of insanity, I went to the industrial zone at 9 pm, and wandered there for almost 40 minutes before I found the right address in the dark.
By the way, the wall chaser is quite heavy, bulky and hellishly uncomfortable in carrying - I was tortured to drag it to the nearest metro, although there was only about a kilometer. Rent cost 1k rubles, and plus 2k - purchased discs. By the way, nobody needs wheels?
We connect the wall chaser to the outlet and vacuum cleaner (
like this ) and start making channels for wiring:

And then we go around the column and make a groundwork for the socket:

I didn’t know if I would make sockets in the floor, or I would just pull the cable out of the floor so that the load could be connected to it with clips. Sockets would be more convenient, but it is more convenient to do the cable, and it would be noticeable less. The problem was that the floor of the tiled floor was quite hard, and at first glance it did not take a puncher with a spatula:

Now it was necessary to deal with the hole under the outlet and the column. There were no problems with the hole:

But I had to tinker with the column:

It took three 10-kilo bags of gypsum mix (it looked
so ) to bring the surface to a more or less plane:

And then I made a mistake - relying on previous builders, I did not check the level of the column, but simply applied a more or less uniform layer over the entire surface, leaving it to dry for a couple of days.
By the way, guess how many times in total the poor column was painted and puttied?

Pavilion at the end of the second working day looked like this:

In the morning I wanted to check the lock on the back room door, after which I realized that it closes from the inside perfectly. But it opens - not very. More precisely does not open. I sat in the back for 20 minutes before the janitor released me. Scribbled on the wall a warning for future generations.

The second trip to the store for cable, sockets, under the ground, terminals, all sorts of spatulas, buckets - another 10k. Rent of a wall chaser - 500 rubles, wheels for it - 2000.

April 8, Tuesday
We do the wiring with NYM cable (according to the precepts of
Cs-Cs ):

It is good because it does not sustain combustion and is resistant to any building materials (except raw concrete), which means it is allowed to be laid in closed boxes, in a layer of plaster and mixtures.
Cartridge punch
make holes for podrozetniki:

We lay the cable and fasten it:

Into the holes we install the cartridges and pour the cement-plaster mixture:

Try on the outlet:

Everything is normal, there is a margin in height.
Finish align the column:

In the evening, a specially trained person arrived who was laying laminate flooring:

He laid laminate flooring quickly, and no one had any questions on this point:

But as it turned out, he is a professional only in laying laminate, but in the work of the roller shutter is not very versed. As a result, when installing the guides, he did not pay attention to the marks and set the guide to the wrong hole, which caused the mounting of the roller shutter to the motor shaft.

As a result, one roller shutter stopped rising.
Put the sockets in place:

Laying laminate - 5k. The laminate itself cost three times more - 15k

April 10, Thursday
A wonderful artist Monka arrived (in combination with my wife) and quickly painted over the wall with her main color:

The walls began to look like this:

Girls from the Lebedev studio arrived and brought with them a sliced oracle and an Italian designer.
Attempt to stick oracal failed - without a mounting film, it was impossible to stick different elements smoothly:

It became clear that small elements - gears, design elements and inscriptions will have to be cut from plastic.
The Italian designer walked around the column, looked at it and said that it was too crooked, and the drawing would look bad for it. Like, you can paint, but no one can guarantee the result.
And indeed, a paradox - when the surface became flat, the column ceased to be even:

April 12-13, weekend
Armed with a laser level and a ruler, we marked the triangles on the wall and pasted over the borders with masking tape:

After that, they started painting them with the desired color:

In fact, despite the seeming simplicity of the pattern, the process of applying paint was rather nontrivial. For example, the paint was not very opaque, and therefore it was impossible to apply a layer of light yellow over the blue layer (or rather, it would be possible, but this would require 4-6 layers, instead of 2 over white).

And masking tape is a rather wide tape, and not a line with zero thickness - when you glue it, you can draw a picture from only one edge, and to draw from the other edge you have to wait for the previous paint to dry, peel the adhesive tape off, stick it over another one Scotch tape, and with a slight approach to the previous color, so that the strip of background does not come out between the layers.
And the inclination of one degree by the pencil line is not noticeable, but over the course of a meter it already gives a noticeable discrepancy:

I had to drop the centimeter blue color:

Having painted everything that was possible, we leave to dry for a couple of days.
Another 4k for rollers, brushes, masking tape, film on the floor, and so on.
► Repair costs: 257k rubles
April 16, Wednesday
Arriving on Wednesday, we notice with a fresh look the joint:

And a crack in the wall at the site of the socket - due to the drying of a thick layer of plaster (it is finishing, and is not intended to be applied in a thick layer - for this there are gypsum mixes that give a little shrinkage).

Paint over what's left:

Despite the brief description, it took almost all day.
Friday, April 18
On Friday, installers from the
Anti-Theft Company
arrived . I think that they will do, no need to explain?

We lay out the gadgets on the table, trying to imagine how they will stand:

Drill holes for racks:

During the installation process they pulled out the socket. Put back in place.
A bunch of smart watches and fitness trackers:

The anti-theft counter itself consists of three parts:

Two parts: the desktop part and the sub-table, which is screwed into the first, and the pieces on the flexible spring wire, on which the device is mounted. Here is the desktop part:

And an under-table room is screwed into it from below (I wonder, do they have the correct names? The installers called them “that crap” and “that crap”).

Not without fakapov. Some gadgets were installed with difficulty in racks designed for normal hours:

Had to use trick:

Some were generally incomprehensible how to install, and what it would give:

And the
Alpha Mio , for example, with its convex sensor:

She didn’t want to stick on the smooth velcro of the anti-war:

I had to stick two more layers of adhesive tape to hold it even a little. True, the demonstration on the hand of this instance had
forget - do not tear off the same every time for this. As a result, the table began to look like this:

Pustovato, but gives a general idea.
By the way, freeing the table from the transport packaging for the installation of the system, we found an unpleasant thing - it turned out that there are scuffs on the tabletop (in fact, it is not scuffing, but quite the opposite - the stretch film clung to the not yet dried matt varnish and made some of it glossy ):

They called the table manufacturers, they promised to send a furniture maker on Tuesday to cover the table with varnish.
Anti-theft installation cost almost 58k.

April 19-20, weekend
Over the weekend, a specially trained uncle repulsed half of my work began to align the column correctly - according to the beacons and level:

By morning, the column was flat, but wet — before applying the final putty it had to dry for a couple of days:

In the final cleaning uncle pulled out my outlet. Again.
Meanwhile, I installed a router with a 4G modem:

This is the Mikrotik RouterBOARD with the unpronounced 951Ui-2HnD. Very interesting piece of iron, I wrote a little bit about it
here (by the way, subscribe). Looks like
meklon got me hooked on Mikrotik.
The router was needed not so much for the Internet as for video broadcasting. What for? In the first one, it’s very easy to have fun, like “oh, look, we have a broadcast from our store”. In the second place - for video fixing in case of any problems, such as a fight in the store (do not laugh, I indirectly participated in two such disassemblies, when the seller fought with the buyer) or theft. Then we began to understand the beauty of the live broadcast - from “see who is in the store now” and “find out if the store was closed or not yet” to “see that the seller left to smoke and he was not there for an hour, to call and scold him”.
Of course,
Ivideon was chosen as a broadcast service. Well, what else can a habrazhitel choose?

True, it turned out that when the cloud video archive is running, the traffic of the megaphone ends very quickly - so it was turned off, and a microSD card was inserted into the camera, which is now being written for the last 10 hours.
But the broadcast has not gone away, you can look at it
here .
The camera cost 9k, the router is 2300, the modem and the Internet from the megaphone - 1000. Another thousand were thrown at the expense of Ivideon, and 200 rubles - an 8 gig card.
Another trip to OBI cost another 5k - a couple more bags of the mixture and finishing putty.
► Repair costs: 334k rubles
April 21, Monday
On Monday, the master arrived, who repaired the roller shutter (she has an engine inside a long shaft, cool):

Actually, they broke the metal fasteners, painted with white paint. Here they are already replaced by new ones:

They are called, by the way, clever - traction suspension. The master fell over the cord of the vacuum cleaner and tore out my outlet!
He took for repair and adjustment of 11k rubles. Expensive laminate cost us the floor.
Since the column has already dried, it was covered with a double-sided putty:
We are trying to put the plinths, we find out that when they were bought, they did not take the corner connectors. And bought them in Leroy Merlin. And next only OBI. And neither the profile, nor the colors of the baseboards in the stores match! We take a new set of plinths and plugs - to go behind the plinths is to lose half a day and money for a taxi. And it turns out that the floor ceramic tile is not drilled at all on a regular tile - it is too durable. Then suddenly morning comes, and Scheherazade stops drilling the baseboard and I decide to glue them sometime later.11k - roller shutter, 15k - column. More trivia on 3k - new baseboards, drill bit on the tile, screws, dowels.► Repair costs: 363 rublesApril 22, Tuesday
In the morning we met with the furniture maker, and he covered the table with varnish:
True, for this we had to completely remove the already installed anti-theft.Nothing more happened on that day, because according to the plan we had to call on the RIF + KIB conference in the evening, and we had not even begun to gather.
Lyrical digression, or Third Street builders, house 25, apartment 12 ...
It is well known that in Russia there are two cities - DS1 and DS2. Living in any of them, people quickly lose the habit of refining the city in conversations and substituting the name of the city into a string for search queries - this tactic works fine most of the time. But when two people from two default city meet, the terrible happens. Although it is best to start from the beginning.
What does a modern person do if he needs to find a company that can cut plexiglas according to the drawings? He googles. Then he collects the websites into a handful, writes off mail from the contact page (the address does not look - he is in default city), and writes them a letter asking for the price and terms. Who first responded and offered a normal price - so we conclude a contract. A person does not look at the legal address and bank in another city - you never know, maybe someone is more comfortable like that. And in general, what to look there - a quick glance at the line of the amount, and we send the invoice to the accountant for payment, time is running out.The manager of this company also does not pay attention to the legal address of the company - for the same reasons. Calls for details on the mobile number, without any regional codes. Here all the operators do not remember, not that the city is defined. And there is no need to clarify the city either - it’s also in default city. True, in another.Of course, in the conversation the address of the warehouse sounds, and the modern man puts his cards on the phone, sees the industrial zone on the outskirts of Moscow and calms down. Everything is good, relatively close, without traffic jams you can take a half an hour by taxi, and pick up an order when it is ready. The bill was quickly and quickly paid, the order with an extra charge for urgency went into operation, the machine operator and loaders went out on weekends to have time to cut the design elements to the opening date. Two days later, the order is ready, and the manager calls the modern person to say that you can pick up the goods. In the conversation, the name of the business center sounds, which does not really fit in with the one-story industrial zone in Chertanovo. It is here that a modern person begins to have suspicions, and he goes to the company's website to clarify the address. And he sees a registry at the beginning of the address: St. Petersburg. It becomes clear that the phrase “yes, I’ll come and pick it up before 7 pm” sounded a bit ... optimistic. In the end, we were left with a sliced plastic, which was located in a warehouse in another city.In short, we once again missed the deadline with our own hands - it becomes clear that we will not have time to open anything before leaving for RIF, so you can stop twitching about the store, order delivery of plastic by the transport company, and start twitching about the conference. Not surprisingly, the RIF + CIB was not very successful for us either - the air hockey with the robot did not want to work, and the chocolate 3d printer broke by the end of the first day.Plastic: 30k, delivery from St. Petersburg is priceless for free.► Repair costs: 393 rublesFriday, April 25
Those who returned from the boarding house near Moscow were not at all rested, we again rush into work. More precisely, they tried.
Our plexiglass is already in Moscow, in the warehouse of the transport company, and it can be picked up. It's Friday, we have an evening ahead, and two days off - enough to paint the plexiglass, assemble the furniture, and on Monday you can finally open up.
Fine. The call to the transport company makes adjustments - the warehouse is located in Khimki, they need the seal of the organization that is Bagrationovsky, and I am in Butovo. And the warehouse closes after two hours. And it will open only on Monday! But you can order delivery, and on Monday we will bring everything, ourselves, for free, and in the morning. With a dull mug we order delivery, having reconciled with another breakdown of terms.
April 26-27, weekend
Correct kosyachki on the wall:

Paint over the column and draw the picture on it:

And we understand that the painting of the walls is, in general, finished:

Out of surprise, ofigevaem, and not finding anything that could be done in the rest of the day, my floor, we clean and leave home.
By the way, the table dried up without stripes, but now it has become somehow knotty:

Paint 12k, painting walls - 15k. Another run to the store for a pair of rollers (how many do not take, always not enough) - 1k

April 28, Monday
In the morning, the business line manager happily informs me that we have a load in the warehouse (otherwise we did not know) and asked what we were going to do with it. My answer, that we, in fact, are waiting for the delivery, makes the manager no less joyful to announce that we do not have the ordered delivery, and our cargo is not entered on the route list. This means that if there are empty cars, the goods will be brought to us tonight. May be. And maybe they will not bring it - as lucky. We are full of plans to open once again today or tomorrow, therefore this state of affairs does not suit us at all. Hardened by the blows of fate, we do not pay attention to such a trifle as the loss of the order for delivery, and decide to go ourselves. Well, at least the warehouse will work all day, and you can easily pick up the cargo from it. To our surprise, in just an hour and a half, we followed them and took him away without any fakaps or problems!

We start in 6 hands to collect furniture:

Placing it in strict accordance with the scheme:

And nearby, hastily equipping a corner of a crazy painter:

In two hands we paint plastic:

By evening, we understand that only part of the furniture has been assembled:

And only one third of the plastic is painted.

Moreover, this third has not even dried. And under it still it is necessary to mark the wall, and the plastic itself - to paste on this wall. The answer to the question “let's decide what we will do until tomorrow” sounds a loud nervous laugh echoing on the half-empty floor of the chunk. Of course, tomorrow we will not open either. Did anyone doubt that?
By the way, the socket was again broken - dropping the locker on it.
To run to the store for paint, new socket and bits for furniture assembly - 2k
► Repair costs: 423 rubles
April 29, Tuesday
We continue to collect furniture and paint plastic. Yesterday's painted plastic is already dry and can be glued to the wall:

Blurt, blunder, blunder:

Although it is not so easy. For each letter: see the coordinates, slazit with a ruler and a pencil on the wall, mark the corner of the letter, slazit behind the letter, glue it, peel off, look from afar, climb to correct, look close, attach a level, even slightly correct, exhale. See the coordinates of the next letter ...

Now we are experienced, and next time we will do a little more expensive, but much easier - we will cut out a template from the same Plexiglas, which will need to be once applied to the wall and aligned, and then cram letters into the holes of the pattern. Remove the template - and we have a perfectly correct logo in 10 minutes.
Nevertheless, I stuck the logo on the column:

And then the girls came from the studio and pasted everything else:

The main thing is to remember that it is necessary to paint and apply glue on the reverse side of the letters:

White lettering is a transport film from scratches and dirt. The first rule when working with plexiglass - transport film is removed only when you can not do without it.

There is a great temptation to take it off immediately and look at the beautiful clear glass, but in this case it will not stay that way for long - under repair conditions it is very quickly scratched and dirty. I broke the rule, and it gave me half an hour of working with a cloth with a solvent.
Oops, the letter broke:

You will be in the store, look at it - there is a crack visible.
And at the end of the day it turned out that not only plexiglass was painted:

Another half an hour with a rag and the smell of white spirit. By the way, the paint was not completely washed off, and you can see it if you look closely at the floor.

We finish the wall - we fasten shelves (of course,
drywall on drywall). True, the rays of diarrhea buyers in OBI - for
this must be killed on the spot. The screw from the drift kit was a little longer than the channel in it, and I had to unscrew the damaged dowels and run to the store for new drifts and short screws. Finally fasten the plinths. On glue.
The wall is ready!

Someone kicked the outlet again and pulled it out of the mount. And then I freaked out.

Stuck and screwed screws at the same time. I hope the next encroachment on the outlet, will break his leg.

Putting in order antivirus, lying under the table and tightening the long wires with ties:

Tired of the boring wiring, I disassembled it. 6V acid battery as backup power source:

A nibbler

And rush as a controller.

After the analysis, I learned the weak point of the anti-theft. But I will not tell you.
Install fixtures:

We put the lamp on the dark left side (not really, and it helped, it's still dark).
The first visitor comes to us!

True, he did not buy anything, but asked for a long time.
May 5-6, Monday-Tuesday
We come to photograph from the studio:

We finish to put in order the wiring.
For the first time since the beginning of the repair, we fully raised the shutters in the afternoon.

This caused a small interest of people passing by, and a large interest of the other sellers of the crust. Apparently, they have absolutely nothing to do there.
The saleswoman in the next pavilion has been working there for 15 years, and the man on the other side is 17. 17 years old. You think about this figure. You can create a company and go broke, you can have a baby and raise it. But for 17 years, in the same pavilion, selling water filters is beyond my comprehension.
We spent 4000 more from 4 numbers - wires, terminals, terminal boxes and other electrical equipment.

May 7, Wednesday
Uncle entered the half-empty store and suddenly bought
iHealth AM3 , which I, in honor of the opening, even gave a discount to. Then he sat for 10 minutes and was happy. True, I later came to my senses, I realized that I made a discount only because I could not remember the exact price and made temporary price tags:

We program the cash register. Did you know that the text that is imprinted on the check (the very “Kuznetsov IP,” and so on) is entered with the numeric keypad codes?

We're going to
the 3D Printing Lab for Sergey and Ivan (@Moshkin) - we
cut on a laser machine (they have it, yes. I was also surprised. We could not order cutting in St. Petersburg) plexiglass for the rear wall of the rack - its dimensions did not fit indicated in the description, and plexiglass did not want to get in place. Unfortunately, there are no photos except this one, and then the
ni404 closed the machine:

This is
Trotec Speedy 300 . He knows how to cut any plastic up to 10mm, plywood up to 20mm. Unfortunately, he does not know how to cut metal, but he can engrave.
By the way, if you are thinking of going to them, then call strongly in advance. I somehow did not call and broke off - they left earlier.
Half a day of work on the laser - 700 rubles, a cash register - 3500.
► Repair costs:
435 000 rubles
Half a million rubles. That is how much is not the most difficult and not the coolest repair on a small area of the outlet.
What are we wrong?
First of all, in terms of timing. None of us had any project experience even close to opening a store. Putting a stand at the exhibition and hanging two TVs is not at all the same. And the repair done at home is also a bad landmark. At home you can live for months with a wall without wallpaper or paint, not really straining. Price delay work in the store - the cost of the daily rental.
Murphy's Laws for Repair
You will break out of the appointed dates:
If you do it the first time
If you are not doing this for the tenth time
If you can’t get to the job site from home in 10 minutes
If only you have the keys in a single copy
If the facility has a check mode or security system
If you are not able to arrive at three o'clock in the morning urgently
If you have kids or wife
If within walking distance there is no profile shop
If you do not have a car
If you did not think in advance and did not make a list of all the necessary
If the project involves subcontractors. Especially if they are from other cities
If you come up with a clever way to save time or money. Especially if time and money.
If part of the work requires approval or verification by the other party.
If you put in the estimate exactly the required amount of materials.
Our second mistake is the underestimation of value. We were obsessed with the idea of making the best store of cool gadgets in Moscow, and did not want to give up one iota (no, not the other one). Because of this, and a serious disruption of time and spending over the original estimate. If the floor is the best laminate, if the drawing on the column is on a perfectly flat, if the ornament is plastic, not painted. And if they paint with paint, then with the best and the brightest. If the furniture is not a table made of IKEA, but made to order.
We spent almost half a million on repairs only, and greatly exceeded our estimate. But on the other hand, we still plugged an internal perfectionist, and even he agreed that it was cool!
The third mistake is the lack of personnel. Such a serious project should be dealt with by an individual who, ideally, should conduct the whole project from the beginning to the end, and be aware of everything. Universal people are great, but when they are urgently needed elsewhere, everything goes upside down. In addition, side projects and activities that are paused, as less urgent, suffer.
Live broadcast from the store
Here you can watch the broadcast from the store in real time:

Why should you go to our store?
There are several reasons for this:
- We will be very pleased, because there are not very many people on the very top part.
- You can wave to the camera
- You will be able to look at the result of the repair with your own eyes - this is doubly interesting if you know how it was done.
- According to the code sentence “I am from a habr” we will give you a discount of 500 rubles for the purchase of 5k
- We have a whole range of online store that you can touch, touch, see and smell. Including: Pebble , Pebble Steel (!), Mio Alpha / Link , Basis B1 , Jawbone UP24 , StickNFind (one of the sensors is hanging on the keys to the pavilion, ask the seller to look for the keys).
How to get to us?
We now
live work at: Ul. Barclay, d. 8, second floor, pav. 204. If you are by car, then you only need to drive this address into the navigator. If you walk / take the subway, then you have to go like
this .
We leave the subway and go in the direction of the market:

We pass by the market (past, past, it’s vegetable and boring) and past the Fili shopping center:

We pass through a self-regulating intersection (why self-regulating? And you yourself will wait 180 seconds in front of an empty road in the crowd. As soon as a lot of people accumulate, they move on without paying attention to the traffic light):

Go inside the shopping center:

We go up the stairs (we are on the second floor, but physically it is the third floor):

And here we are!
