Bulldoc 0.2 Released

Released 0.2 release his Bulka . I listened to the comments, thanks friends. Redid the site, after all there should be a site, and not lonely lying documentation.
Changes in this release:

• Project purchased svn repository
• The following sections have been added to the documentation: Quick Start and Authors . Changes have been made to sections of the configuration of a bookshelf, work with a table of contents, work with text, etc.
• Bookshelf config translated to YAML, and greatly simplified.
• Simplified table of contents file format: simple pages are simply a pair of file header
• Syntax highlighting based on GeSHi
