The ICAgile class will introduce participants to Agile - a philosophy based on values and principles. This class offers students an introduction to the topic of agile software development using the example of Scrum from project start and product release planning to work decomposition methods and communicating a common vision of the client’s goals to the team. The training includes practice, group discussions and simulations so that participants can understand and accept all the theoretical components of agile development and work with Agile teams.
