Good day, Habraludi!
Recently, I have read several articles on Habré and on some other resources, the general idea of which was that good IT education is impossible in Russia. In fact, this is not the case and I know at least one place where you can get quality knowledge. I have long doubted whether it is worth writing this post at all, since most likely it will seem to you to be an ordinary advertisement, but I will try to make sure that this does not happen.
I am a student of the 2nd course of the Moscow Aviation Technology Institute. K.E. Tsiolkovsky (MATI), department of "Internet technology", and I want to write about her. I hope on Habré there are still applicants or other people who are interested in this issue, and this article will help them make the right choice.
In order not to have to read the long post for a long and tedious time, I will write what subjects we study in the first semester, and if anyone is interested, I will write in more detail and answer any questions. So, let's begin.
')
During the first semester, we have:
Course Cisco CCNA1 with one of the first instructors in Russia
Course C # and .NET Framework
MS Office course
English (normal and computer) at a high level
All teachers teach courses on those with whom they have extensive experience and they are actually qualified.
In addition, there is the possibility of internships, training and passing exams for certification of companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Novell, Kaspersky lab, etc. at the expense of the department.
While perhaps all :) If the information is useful, then write comments.
From myself, I’ll add that, studying only in the second year, I already have one certificate and 3 serious web projects behind my back, and I am only at the beginning of my path.
PS: By the way, we don’t have such items as: chemistry, strength of materials and script, which is a definite plus :)
