How to prevent the browser to ask about whether to post the data again after the refresh?

Question to the experts.
There is a page. There is a form. What we enter, click submit. The data is posted and a new page opens.
The problem - if you press refresh, the browser asks whether to post again.
The question is how to get rid of it? How to make it just reload the url page? (option with redirect is known. how else?)

P.S. No need to advise NOT to make a refresh. I could not explain it to clients.
