Conceptual usb bee
Should I turn an ordinary flash drive into a conceptual device, which looks unusual and has some unusual properties? If you judge pragmatically, you should not. But, a flash drive is not only gigabytes of data, but also a nice accessory. In some cases. Therefore, a strange work of design art - a flash drive in the form of a bee USBee - Serbian craftsman Damjan Stankovic deserves not only the right to exist in the form of sketches, but to manufacture. At least in limited quantities.
First of all, this USBee bee flash drive looks beautiful (shape) and defiant (“color”). Secondly, it can bend in the thinnest part of it. And, thirdly, the device has several special vents, which, according to the designer, should protect the USBee from overheating. Ventilation at a flash drive is, of course, somewhat ridiculous (has anyone heard that flash drives are overheating?). But for this, as well as for the rest of the virtues, this concept received the first prize in the local MS Industrial USB Competition organized by the Serbian design community DizainZona ™.
