As it was already written on Habré, the private satellite SkySat-1, which is the first of a whole network of such satellites capable of receiving an image with detail of shooting - up to 90 centimeters per pixel, is currently in orbit. The satellite is able to give video in HD, these are not old satellite photos.
According to the plan, satellites should give the opportunity to receive video of the surface of the planet with high resolution, at the request of the client. Those. the client requested a site survey, paid with a card, satellites gave a “picture”. All this is a private project.

In total, it is planned to launch 24 satellites to cover the entire planet. The satellite weighs only 120 kilograms, and its size is 60 * 60 * 90 centimeters.
