Work mechanics:
- Some customer you provide a service.

Technical details
- Servers with GSM modems with parallel sending of SMS are used.
- SMS clients come from a long federal number.
- The cost of a reply SMS with an estimate sent by the client is equal to the cost of sending an SMS to a federal number (0-2 rubles) in accordance with the client’s tariff plan.
- There is an API for sending and receiving SMS with ratings from external systems, incl. sending from Microsoft Excel.
According to the available statistics, up to 40% of clients who received SMS with a request to evaluate the quality of work, give such an assessment.
