Modern business is offered a large number of corporate systems, "sharpened" for solving specific problems in one way or another.

To the question “what of all this variety suits me best?” It becomes increasingly difficult to find a definite answer.

Looking for the right answer, you should not forget that “everything new is well forgotten old”. A BPM system is an example of a proven and well-established interaction scheme. Today, building clear process models with BPM tools allows you to fully control the situation in the enterprise, eliminating “irresponsible zones” and making transparent the roles of employees in performing certain operations.

The role of KPI in operational process management



KPI is not only the basis of the motivation of staff , but also the most effective tool for analyzing the effectiveness of all key stages of the production process.

Of course, it is possible to collect and analyze key performance indicators of a division or an entire company without reference to business processes. This will allow tracing the positive or negative dynamics of sales, implementations, customer flow, etc.

If we analyze the indicators in relation to specific business processes, then we can establish a clear causal relationship between the dynamics of changes and the factors that provoked them. In other words, only having a complete picture of what is happening, can adequate steps be taken to improve the management strategy.

Following this logic, advanced developers of BPM systems build KPI metering into their functionality. As a result, a large number of domestic and foreign BPM systems with the ability to monitor and visualize strategic maps and key performance indicators are on the IT market today.
