FeedCycle offers a service for working with cyclical RSS

FeedCycle has introduced a new service for working with cyclical RSS feeds. According to the creators of the service, this type of RSS feeds allows you to receive messages in the order in which they appear in the stream itself.

In other words, each new subscriber, regardless of the date of the subscription, always starts with the first episode of the “series”. But if you use a regular RSS-feed, the episode number directly depends on when the user subscribed to the stream. Why do we need cyclical RSS? FeedCycle readily gives examples. If you, say, a writer and wish to share your masterpieces via RSS, you can create a cyclic stream in which one post will contain one chapter from your work (starting with the first). In this case, each subscriber to the “series” RSS will be able to read your works from the first chapter.
