Having read Novikov with his notes on blog spam, he solved the problem very simply for himself.

People. Little people. If it seems to you that the comment is spam, write a small script that will check the number of characters in the comment body. And if strlen gives less than N characters, then do not skip such comments. Let the really interested try!
