The winners of the “Runet Prize” will be named on November 29

The final results of the "Runet Prize" will be announced on November 29. On this day, there will be an award ceremony for the laureates of the annual national award for their contribution to the development of the Russian segment of the Internet, reports Lenta .

The event will take place simultaneously with the festive concert “12 RULET-show”, timed to the twelfth anniversary of the Russian part of the Network, according to a press release from the founder of the event, the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications. Awarding of the winners of the "Prize" will be held in Moscow on the territory of the All-Russian Exhibition Center.

On November 29, winners will be announced in six main and two special nominations: state and society, culture and mass communications, science and education, economics and business, health and recreation, technology and innovation, Runet outside RU and a special nomination chosen by the members of the organizing committee.

In addition, two personal awards will be presented for outstanding contributions to the development of Runet: the awards “Golden Medal of Honor” and “The National Treasure of the Russian Internet”.

The winners of the current “Runet Prize” will have to be chosen by ordinary users of the Network as part of the “Popular Voting” campaign. Anyone can vote for a particular online project on the Award website. Voting will last until nine o'clock in the evening on November 29, that is, before the awards ceremony.
