The biggest Tetris in the world: playing on the wall of a skyscraper
For this weekend, the Philadelphia Cira Center has become more than just a skyscraper. Having equipped the building with 1400 LEDs, a team of engineers created a system for playing Tetris. And this is the biggest tetris in the world, without a doubt. It is worth noting that after the system was ready, almost everyone, not just the team of creators, could test it.
Not long ago, the same team, led by Professor Frank Lee from Drexel University, created a similar system for playing Pong. Then the toy got into the Guinness Book of Records as the biggest video game in the world. Tetris will probably replace Pong in the book, since the size of this system is two times larger than in the case of Pong. ')
It used two sides of the building, on each - an independent game. This made it possible for players to compete with each other. Of course, every action of the player was accompanied by comments and exclamations of the crowd. So this game may well be called "social". This is not for you in Vkontakte to grow chickens.
