Before registering for the 3rd
conference “FailOver Conference” , which will be held on May 23 in Moscow, please answer some very short questions.
1. You have heard: “Make it work twice as fast! Yes, on the same server! ”?
2. You are trembling phrase: "So, for what number we have the last backup of the base?"?
3. Did you transfer the project to another hosting after the phrase of the authorities: “The hoster said that we are DDoS, transfer the website quickly to another hosting ...”?
4. Have you been disheartened by the prospect of deploying and setting up a new database server? Yes, that by the morning was already with a customized replica.
5. Do you suffer when the pages of sites are loaded for 10 seconds, and on the background, it turns out, a picture of 15 MB?
6. Do you know how git is different from PHP, and how awk is from Unix-shell?
7. Do you think the previous question is stupid?
8. Have you been to conferences, knowledge from which then could not put into practice?
If there are at least three "yes" - welcome under the cat! There is information for you. :)

For the third time we are conducting
#FailOverConf (the first is in Moscow, the second is in Kiev). This time - again in Moscow, on May 23.
We hold a
practical conference on the resiliency of sites and web projects. That is, you can go to the conference (or watch it online), assess the risks on your own project and
immediately apply this knowledge in practice. It seems to us that this is very cool and useful!
Already, the program has many valuable practical reports:
- A useful report from Alexander Lyamina (Qrator) - on what types of DDoS are and how to protect against them;
- a very detailed report on what affects the speed of file delivery, how it is arranged “from the inside” of a CDN - from Stanislav Nikolov (UCDN);
- many have heard about the clouds, but not many know how to "properly cook"; Nikolay Dvas (ex-Clodo, now Webzilla) is able;
- Konstantin Osipov (Mail.Ru) will talk in detail about the NoSQL updates from the Tarantool 1.6 DBMS, and most importantly, about how and where to put them into practice.
Most of the reports are now being negotiated. The formation of the program is in full swing (there will be both about high availability of the database, and about testing, and about monitoring - there will be a lot of things)! In total there will be about 20 reports on the hottest and most important practical topics. We will gradually introduce you to them.
And now - the most important information. Until April 10 - the lowest prices possible to participate in such conferences: 4000 rubles. - personally, 2500 rubles. - online streaming. From April 10 - price increase.
So do not delay,
register now and come on May 23! It will be cool.
