Demonoid, one of the most popular BitTorrent trackers moves to Ukraine.

Demonoid, one of the most popular BitTorrent trackers, is again being objected, this time it is located in Ukraine. The website is not yet functioning, but the tracker itself is already running.

In June 2007, Demonoid under pressure was forced to leave the site in the Netherlands, mainly because of the Dutch anti-piracy organization BREIN. The site was moved to Canada, but after a threat from the CRIA, it was decided to close Demonoid.

A month later, the legendary tracker was resurrected in Malaysia. Unfortunately, the tracker disconnected after a few days without any official statements from the tracker team.
