Here, I decided to lay out my creation too =)
I once sat and read the bash, namely the word stream. And in almost every topic there was somebody saying that the bash is an opus, admins are suckers, etc. and so on. And here the idea came to me - to make it so that everyone could make their own collection of quotes, their own bash.org…
So, meet - Vash Bash . org service of free quote books.

Opportunities

- the choice of the type of quotation: offline (quotes are added according to the ranking book) or
moderated (moderators add quotes)
- management of moderators
- management of the black list of users (ban on posting, etc.)
