Good day! I have a few questions for competent people:

1. What legislation is applied if the domain of the site is in the .ru zone, and the server is in Kiev?
2. As far as I understand, hacked software can not be placed under Ukrainian law. Is it possible to place direct links to such materials on other servers? Can anyone be held accountable for this?
3. In the event that the site administration prohibits placing materials in violation of the license, and the user, let's say, does, how to protect yourself from being held accountable in this case (we are talking about Ukraine)? In Western countries, as far as I know, in the case of removal of materials upon the first request of the right holder, the responsibility for the administration is removed. And how are we?
