What is in the program?

The forum program is divided into two blocks.

First, the Russian and foreign speakers from Dell will talk about Dell's cloud computing technology and the main problems in organizing the work of mobile workers.

10: 05-10: 30 Report of Mark Jordan (Mark Jordan) and Mike Devers (Mike Devers) on "Dell Cloud Client Computing - a new era of flexibility, security and easy-to-manage virtualized desktop infrastructure." It will focus on the approach that the company proposes to use for migration to the mobile workspace. The Dell Cloud Client Computing approach includes the use of a set of products for the organization of a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), combining which can satisfy the need of virtually any company that needs remote access to corporate data and applications for its employees and regional offices.

The same set of Dell products also suggests using the DaaS model (Desktop as a Service), which does not imply capital expenditures. In this case, data and applications are delivered to the regional offices and to the remote employees of the client company from the global network of Dell data centers.

10: 30-11: 15 Jeff McNaught, author of the concept and inventor of thin clients, will talk about the challenges that arise when creating a global, mobile and connected work space.

After the break, in the second block, from 11:45 to 13:15, representatives of partners, including Intel, Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, IBS Platformix and Softline, will make presentations.

And of course, it will be possible to communicate with colleagues and partners during the break (11: 15-11: 45) and lunch (13: 15-14: 45).
