KolibriOS Digest # 3: the beginning of spring

Despite the fact that it is already spring outside the window, our programmers continue to work tirelessly on KolibriOS. And this month they have something to brag about, especially in the area of ​​application software.

I also want to remind you that now the selection of students applying for GSoC is in full swing. Every student who wants to be accepted must complete a test task (fix a small bug or add a small new functionality). Changes in programs marked with an icon , these are changes made by students as a test task.

System-wide changes:

• Supports up to three IDE controllers (i.e. up to 12 IDE devices or SATA in IDE emulation mode).
• Ethernet drivers Rhine, BCM57XX translated into PE format.
