The situation, the user writes an interesting (or not so) article and puts it late in the evening. Well, suppose at 23-50. Someone who does not like his article comes in and presses the link down. The rating of the article becomes negative and exactly at 00-00 Moscow time this article flies into the bulky.
It is proposed to do the removal procedure not once a day (at 0-00), but taking into account the time of creation. For example, 24 hours after creating the article.
I was looking for a long time if there was such an offer, but I did not find it.
