Autopics - car photo catalog

On February 1, 2008, a new website on automotive topics called “ Autopics - photo catalog of cars ” was opened for everyone to see. In technical terms and in a visual presentation, unusual solutions were used in our project, which had never before been used in runet before this time.

The essence of the resource is to provide its users with comprehensive information on popular cars. This is primarily high-quality photos, detailed specifications of modifications, car prices from car dealers and private individuals, reviews of owners and other useful services.

At the moment, the general structure of the project is implemented, a detailed rubricator, advanced and regular search, display of albums.

In the very near future it is planned to add additional photo formats for widescreen monitors, technical specifications for modifications to each photo album.

Almost a month and a half has passed since the opening. During this time, managed to release 5 updates. Slowly formed its own audience. Normal flight :)

To view the required support for javascript and cookies. In the next release, it is planned to display a warning message if they are turned off by the user. The site works correctly with browsers IE6 +, FF2 +, Opera9 +. Problems with earlier versions of these browsers are possible.
