Rikor.IT developed and manufactured the EcoServer line of servers based on ARM architecture processors, which can significantly reduce the cost of operating data centers.
The EcoServer servers can reduce energy costs by almost 7 times, compared to most of the standard architecture servers currently used in data centers. They also provide more computing power per watt of energy consumed and achieve a significantly higher server density (10-15 times).
Thanks to the possibility of embedding up to 10 servers in a single package in a 2U form factor, up to 28 servers in a 3U form factor, and up to 48 servers in a 4U form factor, the EcoServer line of servers significantly increases the amount of resources for computational processes for each sturdy place.

Our team consists of more than 250 highly qualified specialists in the development of electronic devices, designers and industrial designers, system programmers and application developers. More than 700 employees in the in-house production of Rikor Electronics OJSC in Arzamas (Nizhny Novgorod region).

At the end of 2012, we successfully developed and began to produce consoles for broadcasting Internet television (Web Dongle), based on the Android operating system and a 28nm (nanometer) 4-core Samsung processor. At the same time, it was decided to start work on highly efficient energy-saving servers based on the ARM architecture.
After 6 months, we developed the first version of our server, which has a 2U form factor and accommodates 10 servers based on Marvel Armada XP processors and 40 hard drives. As mentioned above, we have achieved excellent performance in energy efficiency and density of accommodation.
After three months of successful testing and correction of comments from our customers, we developed a 3U server, which was already packaged with 14 blades with one or two processors on each, and also had an embedded Level 3 Smart switch and remote control and monitoring system.
In the near future the company plans to develop servers based on Intel Atom, Intel Xeon E3 / E5 / E7 processors.
