Where's my phone?

Losing the phone in a pile of rubbish on the desktop, apartment, office, etc. at intervals of at least twice a week, use the automated system for locating telephone sets to search for it. The recipe is simple: Skype and basic operating system administration skills.

Create a shortcut on the desktop "Where is the phone again?" Into the address of the label enter the callto: <number_of your_telephon_in_in the international_format>

3. We are waiting for when Skype will start a call and listen to silence
4. By the melody of the incoming call, we determine the location of the phone. If you do not hear anything, you are most likely in headphones, the phone works in the “Silent” mode, or the device is seeded so qualitatively that you will have to look for it in the old ways of the old days.

The proposed model has been tested on some GSM 900/1800 cellular communication devices. Particularly curious can adapt the model for other mobile communication systems, as well as for DECT class phones.
