The epic with MtGox continues, and it seems that popcorn will still need a lot to keep track of developments. The fact is that today information has appeared on the Web that no one stole money from MtGox accounts. This was stated by unidentified individuals who hacked the blog of Mark Carpeles, CEO of MtGox.
The burglars left a corresponding message on Karpeles's blog (currently unavailable), and also posted an archive with documents confirming the availability of money in the accounts of the exchange. The archive "weighs" almost 800 MB, here is the

The documents state that 951 thousand bitcoins are currently stored in the accounts of the exchange, which were considered (with the command of MtGox) stolen as a result of hacking. Earlier, Mark Karpeles claimed that long DDoS attacks were carried out on the stock exchange, and the organizers of these attacks stole 750,000 bitcoins from the exchange's clients.

In addition, Karpeles also said that 120,000 bitcoins were stolen from the exchange itself. Judging by the documents, all this money, and even more, is stored on the purses of the exchange, the funds have not gone anywhere.

Apparently, in the near future there will be more than one trial, both official and not so, on this issue.
