Python Meetup: January Meeting

image

Great and mighty Python, informal atmosphere, interesting reports and a bunch of like-minded people around - all this happens in Minsk traditionally on the last Friday of every month. In this publication, you can find a video of the reports of the January meeting: " Python for data analysis " from Roman Imankulov and " Another boring report about logging " from Stas Rudakov. Video and links to slideshare look under the cut.

1. Python for data analysis , Roman Imankulov, Doist.io .

The data analysis report focuses primarily on those who want to try, but do not know where to start. About who needs it at all, where to get the data, what tools are available to the beginner python analytics, and what benefits for yourself from everything you can get at the start.

2. Another boring logging report , Stas Rudakov, Game Stream SOOO /Wargaming.net .

The value of the logs is often underestimated, but in vain. A report with a lively debate with all participants of the mitap to find out: how, where and why to write logs. In addition, the question is raised how to squeeze more information out of the logs.

PS: The first month of spring will not be an exception for Python Meetup . Therefore, you can safely book the evening of March 28 - as always, the meeting will be held in the very center of Minsk. Follow the details on our facebook page: facebook.com/MinskPythonMeetup
