Very soon it will be possible to hear the buzzing of the small blades of the copters, foreshadowing the delivery of everything: from electronics, to pizza and beer throughout the United States of America. This will become a reality thanks to a new ruling by federal judge Patrick Geraghty. Anyone, be it Amazon or Lakemaid Beer, now has the right to send their small drones to deliver goods throughout the US. The first place where the copters fly will be the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), which opposes the authorization of this type of delivery.
Back in 2007, the Federal Aviation Administration announced that commercial use of Dron kopter is prohibited. When Raphael Pirker's UAV
flew all over New York , the FAA issued him a $ 10,000 fine. Rafael hired a lawyer and he managed to win the case by setting a judicial precedent.
The rules of the FAA regarding the use of Copters and UAVs for more than seven years, and indeed they are more like recommendations than rules. This opens legal loopholes for anyone and everyone who has a drone and a desire to use it in business. But despite this, the Federal Aviation Administration may at any time establish new regulations on flight regulation. But until that happens, the heavens are open to drones with packages.

appeals Patrick Geraghty's decision.
