Mars One: One way ticket to Mars. Five volunteers talk about the reasons for choosing

About the project "Mars One", to create a colony of earthlings on Mars, on Habré wrote many times. Technical details of the project were published, and the essence of various problems, and much more. But there is one more problem that they prefer not to mention too often - a person going to Mars will not return to Earth.

But applications for participation were filed by thousands of participants who have children, wives, business and everything else. There are not so many adventurers among them, who are “put on everything, I want to break free”. In the sequel - a video where five project participants talk (in English, unfortunately) about the reasons that prompted them to apply for participation in the project.

All this is designed in the form of a mini-movie, the creator of which is Vita Bretis Films and Video West.

It is worth noting that even if the application of the participant is satisfied, no one will fly earlier than 2025 (and this is an optimistic estimate). Technical preparation for the implementation of the project still, one might say, has not begun, with a few exceptions.

Nevertheless, the project is developing, and the ideological inspirers of the project are full of optimism.
