I want to draw the attention of a respected community to a small but rather offensive joint that admitting in 2014 is just a shame.

Letters with such headlines still travel through our mails:
This email was sent from an address that is not visible. Please do not reply to it.
And the textbook below: "If you have a question, you can ask it through feedback."

My first thought: why did they teach robots to write, but did not teach how to read? Darpa makes upright robots, the Japanese make humanoid robots, the whole world is obsessed with robots ... but no one will teach the poor things to read?

But seriously. Why do I, as a user, be silenced? Why, I have to think, can I answer this letter or not? Does anyone read it or not? It is necessary to look at the bottom of the page, is it not written there in gray that the mail is not visible?
And the most important thing. Here I have questions about the letter, where the hell do I look for working contacts? Do you need feedback or not? What is easier, click Reply or go to the site and deal with navigation there?

Colleagues, unreadable addresses - archaisms. Yes, maybe in 2003, such registrations could still be justified. But not now, when it is stated that the user is in the first place, that the user's information is priceless. Yes, and there are no technical problems - redirects and other pleasures of life are configured in a couple of minutes.

Moreover, such mailings from unseen addresses are observed even in large companies, where specially trained people think about the radius of rounding off of buttons and selling texts.

As they say, do not be so.

ps read comments.
