Recently, the Brooklyn court decided to fine $ 32,000 Tychowok Jung, an American cybersquatter who registered domains with the name of the famous businessman Donald Trump and poured out a flood of hatred on him.
The first four domains — trumpindia.com, trumpabudhabi.com, trumbeijing.com, and trumpmumbai.com — Jung registered as early as 2007 when he learned that Donald Trump had started commercial activity in Asia. Cybersquatter continually scolded Donald Trump himself and his reality show The Apprentice (The Candidate) on his websites.
For example, in 2011, he posted on his website an article entitled “A catastrophic fall in the rating of the show“ The Apprentice ”, in which he spoke rudely about the recent seasons of the telecast.

After that, an annoyed millionaire offered Jung to sell these sites to him for $ 400. But this cybersquatter seemed insufficient, and he offered a much higher price (the exact figure is unknown). The response of Donald Trump was the filing of an application to the court in which he demanded to pay damages to his reputation in the amount of 400 thousand dollars.
Following the results of the consideration of the case, the court decided to transfer the rights to the domains to Donald Trump, and the cybersquatter fined $ 32,000. The amount of compensation requested by the plaintiff had to be reduced due to the defendant’s insolvency: he had only $ 250 in his account.
We also note that for “the lowest and petty of all cybersquatters,” as Trump's lawyer put it, this is not the first case. A few years ago, Jung, having learned about the merger of the financial giants Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, registered the domain mlbofa.com and posted on it negative information about companies. Thus, the cybersquatter tried to force them to pay several million dollars for the domain, but, of course, was defeated: the domain was also taken from him through the court.
