Bing in Russia out of beta?

It seems that bing.ru is out of beta state. I did not find the news anywhere, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Now you have access from the main page to the cards, and you can search by organization. As far as I understand, Nokia cards were integrated.

So far, the Bing search application on Windows Phone is still being thrown into the Browser.
And the search in Windows 8 does not use sources for a beautiful display of thematic information.

I hope the Microsoft Russia team will not stop at what has been accomplished, and all the main Bing services will appear in Russia.
