Ministry of Education and Science: programming cannot be taught exclusively remotely
The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation published Order No. 31377 in Rossiyskaya Gazeta , which includes the professions “technician programmer” and “programmer” in the list of specialties for which it is impossible to do it “exclusively remotely.”
It's a bit strange. At Coursera.org there are many courses devoted to programming, programmers are torn off with their hands, even if they have learned at home and they do not have a diploma, but at the same time they are able to do something. I wonder what the logic of the ministry is?
