In the first reading, deputies approved restrictions on operations conducted with non-personable online wallets. By such wallets, they mean accounts that are not tied to a specific natural or legal person. So, these wallets can not participate in operations, the amount of which per day exceeds a thousand rubles, and per month - 15 thousand rubles.
The balance on a non-personalized wallet should not exceed five thousand rubles. Plus, a mandatory control is introduced for payments whose amount exceeds 100 thousand rubles.
