Got into logs:
“This is a twist!” At startup, Skype tried to access the wand.dat file, which stores web form passwords. The logs show that another program is trying to gain access to the wand.dat file - this is what I started it myself (I forgot the password, I wanted to find it). By the way, there is no reason to trust the program, all the same it is NirSoft .
