Good day! We want to share different delicacies beautifully and affordably, but a little incompetent in legal matters.

As far as I know, in Russia it is now forbidden to lay out even references to warez.
And what about this matter in Ukraine? I understand that you can’t keep a piratchin on your server, but is it possible to refer? What are the penalties? Who is to blame: hoster, we (the owners of the site) or the user who uploaded fawn on the server?
And what legislation is applied if the domain is in the .ru zone, and the server is in Kiev?
