Very often on different blogs (Habr is not an exception) various videos are posted, but for those who have problems with the Internet, they are almost inaccessible. Even a relatively small size roller jump is problematic.
Therefore, there is a proposal (although it can be viewed as a request) to attach a text describing what is happening on the video, as far as it is, of course, possible to do. The exceptions are videos that really need to be seen.

In continuation of the topic I will write that such cases occur not only in a similar way. Take, for example, http://habrahabr.ru/blog/nokia/36025.html#comments . There were posted two pictures, several hundred kilos each. In the opera and explorer they didn’t load up to the end, so I had to download them stupidly. Attempts to influence the situation (lower in the comments) spoiled the karma and did not lead to anything else.
