Russian language bug on Google Analytics

I’ll just go to Google Analytics, choose Russian from the drop-down list and see error 404, page not found

Previously, this kind of nebylo.

1) I enter 'google.com/analytics'
2) redirects me to google.com/analytics/indexu.html
If I try to go to /analytics/index.html (they wrote in the comments that this page works for the Russian version), then it throws it again.
3) I choose the Russian language from the box list and go to google.com/analytics/ru-RU/indexu.html, which does not exist, this is the problem.
