Ruby 2.1.1, happy birthday!

Today, February 24, 21 years old since the announcement of the Ruby programming language. Such an event, the developers decided to mark the release of a patch for Ruby 2.1, which was called Ruby 2.1.1.

The new version made several improvements, including improved performance and fixed a number of bugs. See the changelog for more details.
