When developing a site, understanding the specifics of a project is the basis. Customers evaluate the project on the effects of the site and its service life. First of all, we try to determine the role of the site in the work of the customer.

As a rule, during the development of the concept, several internal working groups and conversations with the customer’s employees are conducted. Project teams,
art director , designers, technical director and consultant participate in the working groups of the studio. From the customer’s side, both the whole working group and a dedicated project manager can participate in the negotiations. Sometimes you have to hold several meetings with managers of various areas and present the concept to
top management .
In the course of working out the tasks and the audience, ideas are born. Ideas are fixed in theses of problem solving, the preliminary structure of the site, are reflected in the sketches. The concept is demonstrated in the form of a text document, sketches of graphic design. For large meetings, a presentation is being prepared.

First gymnasium
In developing the concept of the
site of the First Gymnasium , 8 internal working groups were held, 7 meetings with the customer, a presentation was held for the director.
In our studies, we found out how the site can help the gymnasium, examined the
composition of materials that the customer was ready to provide for the site and set priorities, reworked the structure and created a
promotional unit . Of the entire abundance of available materials, the site got those who are more likely to solve the tasks.
As a result, we
have worked in detail the concept of the site , on the basis of which the
site of the gymnasium was later developed.
