Good news came to us from Albion. The local App Store put us in the Best New Apps category. We are glad that the app liked the guys from the App Store. They probably read our post “Why we did timera”.
Below is the Russian version of the post, if anyone is interested.

')
“It all started a year ago, with the work of Sergey Larenkov. These were historical collages - combining past and present in one frame. Maybe you heard about them, these works interested many and gained immense popularity on the Internet (especially in its foreign segment). Sergey did not claim that he was the first to invent this style. There are many collages on the Internet on a historical topic, but it was his photos that caused such interest.
These works plunge into the past, give a feeling of travel in time and space. And in the era of smartphones and the Internet, when people constantly sit in social networks and chat in chat rooms with their friends, we don’t have enough time to even distract ourselves and think about what surrounds us.
These two factors inspired us to create a timera. The goal was set - to create a mobile application that will allow people to look at the world in the context of history, like Sergey, or invent an artistic space around them.
After creating the first prototype, we went to photograph. The first results were demonstrated to Sergey. He liked it, and we decided to work together on this project.
After 6 months, the first version of the application for android was released. After that, we were amazed by the enthusiasm and responses of the first users who create timecards around the world. We hope that many people will discover this type of photography for themselves, and will look at the world with different eyes. ”
We hope to please you too.
Download the app and tell us your feedback. What will you like in it, what won't you like? Based on criticism and suggestions, we will improve the project. Thank.
