Altimo sold Golden Telecom to its Cypriot “daughter”

Altimo , which manages Alfa Group’s telecom assets, has sold Golden Telecom shares (29.3%) to its Cypriot subsidiary Sunbird Limited, Prime-TASS reported. The deal, dated November 3, was $ 195 million. Altimo explains that the deal was made as part of the restructuring of this group of companies.
