The developers.org.ua project (DOU) is an all-Ukrainian developer portal that brought together both individual IT specialists and entire soft-extraction companies under its wing. This is a unique project in the Ukrainian segment of the Internet. Our goal is to create an online community for those who develop software in Ukraine, regardless of the technology used or the industry in which the company operates.

Services offered by the project are diverse:

• The blog , which publishes development news from Ukraine and the world, covers tools, programming issues and much more. The opportunity to become a blog author is open to everyone.
• The base of IT companies is the most complete collection of Ukrainian software organizations with the ability to comment on them - a lively discussion often provides more useful information than a dry press release. Here you can share your experience or interviews, ask a question to a company representative.
• Jobs - section under the motto "Work is looking for a programmer." It publishes job search ads. Unlike many other sites, 100% of ads are paid.
• Salary Base - this section collects data on the real salaries of IT specialists in various industries and regions of Ukraine based on a questionnaire filled in by site visitors. From these data you can get reports on the area of ​​interest.

Also, on the basis of DOU, developer meetings are organized in different cities of Ukraine, where 2-3 reports are usually held, after which IT specialists get the opportunity to communicate, share news and impressions. Many show their development, collect estimates.
