Now there is a text message from the MTS number, in which it is written - they say such a boutique, discounts, come. Spam in one word.
I called MTS, decided to inform and show vigilance. I thought in mobile communication it was easy to take a spammer for one place. But no. If the content (and the author) SMS does not threaten my life, health and is not fraudulent - then SPAM is legal! I quote the operator of the MTS call center - “As long as the subscriber pays, he can send anything, and anywhere.”
For the sake of interest called the call-center Beeline. Totally similar! I suspect that in Megaphone the situation is exactly the same. The question is - why companies do not kill spammers? Waiting for the law and get an extra penny? It would be better to have acted as innovators in this vein.

And the number from which they spammed does not pick up the phone.
