Improving usability of voting on Habr

When creating a vote if the author has filled out the form, for example:

Pra click on the link "Add answer" all options from the 1st to the 5th are erased and they have to be filled again. Since after filling in all the fields, the author may have another one, it would be more logical not to erase the previous answers.
